Delete Your Account
OnlyYou — Account & Data Deletion
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately and permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your OnlyYou account directly from within the app by following these steps:
- Open the OnlyYou app on your device
- Go to Profile (the user avatar)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation and tap Confirm Delete
Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:
onlyyouapp.contact@gmail.comPlease include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email when deletion is complete.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
- All encrypted messages and media shared with your partner
- Partner connection and relationship data
- All notification preferences and app settings
- Subscription status (does not cancel active subscriptions — manage via Google Play)
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your OnlyYou account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription separately:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions → select OnlyYou
- Tap Cancel subscription
