Child Safety Standards
Last updated: April 5, 2026
1. Our Commitment
OnlyYou is a private communication app designed exclusively for adults in committed relationships. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. Protecting children is a non-negotiable priority and a core part of our platform values.
2. Age Requirements
OnlyYou is intended solely for users aged 18 and older. We require users to agree to our Terms of Service confirming they meet the minimum age requirement before creating an account. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and their data permanently deleted.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on OnlyYou:
- Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM)
- Any content that sexually exploits, solicits, or endangers minors
- Grooming behaviors or communication intended to facilitate abuse of a minor
- Any content that glorifies, normalizes, or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
Violations of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
4. Detection & Enforcement
While all user content on OnlyYou is end-to-end encrypted to protect user privacy, we take the following measures to prevent CSAE:
- Account verification: Age confirmation is required at registration via Terms of Service acceptance
- In-app reporting: Users can report suspected CSAM or child safety concerns directly within the app at any time
- Zero tolerance enforcement: Any report is reviewed and, where credible, results in immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities
- Legal cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety
5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior you believe involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, please report it immediately:
- Email: onlyyouapp.contact@gmail.com
All reports are treated with the utmost urgency and confidentiality.
6. Reporting to Authorities
OnlyYou complies with all applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations. Where we become aware of CSAM, we report to:
- The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline (USA)
- Relevant regional and national law enforcement and child protection authorities in the user's jurisdiction
- Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) where applicable
7. Designated Contact

8. Policy Updates
We review and update our child safety standards regularly to reflect best practices, legal requirements, and platform developments. Material changes will be communicated to users through the app.
